Advising an international organisation on the development of its new 80.000 m2 headquarters in The Netherlands, including advice relating to tenders regarding maintenance- and consultancy contracts

Representing a client in a million-euro claim regarding the expansion of a Caribbean oil refinery in the International Chamber of Commerce

Advising international investors on flexible terms with regard to existing retail lease agreements in the Netherlands
