Adinda de Jonge is a lawyer specializing in real estate law in the broadest sense. Her primary focus is on construction law matters, as well as issues related to public procurement law and tenancy law.

Adinda provides legal advice and litigates on a wide range of (civil law) issues, primarily concerning construction law, public procurement law, and tenancy law. She represents both public and private parties, including contractors, (project) developers, investors, (local) governments, international organizations, and other stakeholders in the construction and real estate sector.

Adinda’s affinity with real estate law is reflected in the board position (Chair) she holds with the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers. To deepen her expertise and further specialise as a construction law lawyer, Adinda successfully completed the Grotius Postgraduate Specialisation Course in Construction Law cum laude in 2025.


To broaden her perspective, Adinda traveled to Bali, Indonesia, during her studies (Master’s in Civil Law, Leiden University) to gain insight into foreign real estate law at a legal consultancy firm. Before joining Van der Feltz, she also gained experience in the judiciary, focusing on insolvency law.
