As a construction and real estate lawyer, Renate litigates and advises for various clients, including (project) developers, investors, contractors and (local) governments.

Renate offers pragmatic solutions with which she helps clients make progress in complex cases. She has an eye for both legal and commercial interests.

Renate graduated in Private Law from the University of Groningen. During her academic career, Renate worked at a large law firm and did internships at several law firms, where her interest in the construction and real estate sector was sparked and where she gained valuable experience.

Her special interest is in the sustainability of real estate, especially within apartment right, where she uses her expertise to realise future-proof solutions.
