Brim Tonino is a lawyer practising in the areas of (public) procurement, lease, property, construction and administrative law.

Brim has been a lawyer since 2018 and is specialized in the areas of property, construction, and (public) procurement law. His work consists of advising and litigating on behalf of (semi-)governments, market operators such as developers, contractors, and investors. As Brim does not act exclusively on behalf of one type of client, he is capable of involving the entire playing field in his advice and (litigation) strategy. Brim, moreover, regularly publishes and teaches in the areas of property and construction law as well as procurement law.

In addition to Brim operating in the civil property law area, he is also active within administrative law where he has experience, among other things, with subsidy regulations and the Open Government Act.


His interest in construction and property law practices are, moreover, reflected in his chairmanship of the Dutch Young Property Lawyers Association and his membership of Young Real Estate The Hague. Lastly, he additionally has broadened his experience and knowledge during his studies (Constitutional and Administrative Law and Financial Law at Leiden University) as he worked in the judiciary and at an independent administrative body. In addition to this, he also studied at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia).
