Fenya is werkzaam binnen het bestuursrecht, met een bijzondere aandacht voor omgevingsrechtelijke vraagstukken.
Fenya has been working as a lawyer at Van der Feltz advocaten N.V. since the autumn of 2026. She practices administrative law, with a particular focus on environmental and planning law (including spatial planning and land policy).
Fenya obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law and a Master’s degree in Policy Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University cum laude. During her studies, she gained experience in both university education and the legal profession.
Thanks to her background in both economics and law, Fenya is able to approach legal issues from various perspectives. In doing so, she is attentive to the diverse interests at play and knows how to integrate legal, administrative, and societal aspects.
