Elouise advises and litigates for both public and private parties in the areas of administrative law, civil law and on the interface of those legal areas.

Elouise joined van der Feltz advocaten in February 2023. She worked for several years as a policy and legislative jurist at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and as a legal expert at the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State. Due to her experience, Elouise has a good sense for political-administrative relations.

Elouise completed her bachelor's degree in law and master's degree in constitutional and administrative law at Leiden University.
