Elouise advises and litigates for both public and private parties in the areas of administrative law, civil law and on the interface of those legal areas.
Elouise provides advice and represents clients in legal proceedings concerning permitting, enforcement, and spatial development (as reflected in environmental plans). Her work encompasses a variety of complex environmental law issues, including those related to noise and the emission of hazardous substances. She acts on behalf of both (decentralized) government authorities—such as regional environmental agencies—and companies, including those in the industrial and energy sectors. Furthermore, she provides guidance, advice, and legal representation regarding permitting and enforcement processes in the areas of public order and safety, as well as matters concerning the Open Government Act (Wet open overheid).
Before transitioning to the legal profession, Elouise spent several years working at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport as a policy and legislative lawyer, where she focused on regulations pertaining to product safety and food safety.”
