Delila maintains a broad practice in environmental and real estate law, with a particular interest in environmental regulation.

She advises and litigates on behalf of both public and private sector clients in matters relating to environmental and real estate law. Delila assists companies in the industrial sector that are subject to regulatory supervision and enforcement actions involving, among others, environmental agencies, the Labour Inspectorate (SZW), and the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). She also supports local governments and environmental authorities in enforcement procedures and guides clients through environmental permitting processes. In addition, Delila regularly advises on a wide range of environmental law topics, including emission limit values, soil contamination, waste regulation, and external safety.

Delila combines thorough legal analysis with a keen eye for technical aspects — a combination that is particularly essential in environmental law. Her meticulous and in-depth approach enables her to effectively resolve complex legal issues.

She also provides advice and representation in administrative and environmental law matters within the energy sector. In the field of real estate and related environmental law, her focus includes land allocation, project development, and area development.
