Anne is active in both civil law and administrative law.

She studied at Leiden University, where she completed her Master’s in Constitutional and Administrative Law in April 2025 with honours. During her studies, Anne was involved in board and committee work for several student associations. In addition, during her Master’s program, Anne worked as a legal assistant at various law firms, including Van der Feltz advocaten.

Anne focuses on cases at the intersection of civil and administrative law. She finds it rewarding to translate complex legal issues into feasible and concrete solutions. Her particular interests lie in government liability law and compensation law.

multiple market parties in the application process for a permit for compulsory easement and/or an expropriation order.

Advising

governments on claims for damages arising from (un)lawful (government) acts.
