Raphaël Donkersloot is an attorney-at-law since 2016 and has a broad practice in general administrative law and environmental law.

Raphaël advises, among others, public authorities, semi-public authorities, utility companies, and private companies. In his practice, he works on matters including:


·         Environmental permits;

·         Environmental plans / zoning plans;

·         Nature conservation;

·         Soil protection;

·         Subsidies;

·         Public enforcement;

·         Public-private partnerships (PPP);

·         Public cost recovery; and

·         Transactions involving the above subjects.


Raphaël studied law at Leiden University, where he completed a master’s degree in private law in 2015. After this, he pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in American Law at the University of Virginia (United States), participating in the Fulbright Program. After graduating, Raphaël focused on general administrative law and environmental law. In that context, he also successfully completed the Grotius specialization program in Environmental Law.
