Paulina Blom enjoys dealing with spatial planning and construction. She advises and litigates for both private parties and public authorities. Paulina has a reputation as a thoughtful lawyer, and takes her time whenever possible to find the best solution.

Paulina joined Van der Feltz Lawyers in May 2023. Before that, she worked for six years as a lawyer at a large law firm in the former Netherlands Antilles. In Curaçao, she assisted, among others, project developers, governments and government-affiliated entities in a wide variety of public law matters, with an emphasis on administrative law and area development.

Paulina studied Law at the University of Utrecht, where she obtained a master's degree in Constitutional and and Administrative Law (specialization Environmental Law) cum laude. She also studied studied political science at the VU University Amsterdam and completed the postgraduate Master class Construction Law at Utrecht University.
