Hugo joined Van der Feltz advocaten in May 2023. He holds a master's degree in constitutional and administrative law from Utrecht University.

Before switching to advocacy, he worked in administrative law at the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State and in the judiciary. During his education and career, he gained knowledge and experience mainly within environmental law, particularly in cases concerning construction and environmental law and also spatial planning.
